SC gesture for 3-part legal board to test Vikas Dubey experience

 The Supreme Court on Wednesday acknowledged the arrangement of a three-part request commission headed by previous top court judge Justice B.S. Chauhan into the experience of criminal Vikas Dubey, and requested that it present the report inside two months to the court and the Uttar Pradesh government. 

 A seat headed by Chief Justice S.A. Bobde likewise advised the Uttar Pradesh police not to fall back on further experiences to take out feared criminals in the state. 

 Specialist General Tushar Mehta, speaking to the UP police, educated the top court that the state government proposes previous peak court judge Justice Chauhan's name to head the three-part request commission into the experience of Vikas Dubey and his partners. 

 The other two individuals from the commission are — resigned judge of Allahabad High Court Justice Shashi Kant Agarwal and previous Director General of Police K.L. Gupta.

The peak court noticed that the secretarial help to the Justice Chauhan panel, will be given by the Center and not the state government.
