Cabin crew say AI obligatory leave is cutbacks through secondary passage

Cabin crew  of Air India has told the administration that the necessary leave conspire is a distraction for conservation by the secondary passage and has requested that it be kept in cessation.

The All India Cabin Crew Association in a letter to Air India the board said that AICCA records its solid dissent at this round and fears that this necessary leave conspire is a distraction for a conservation/cutback plot by the indirect access and is in net infringement of different Supreme Court orders, remembering the Constitutional seat judgment for Section 25, and encroaches broadcasting in real time India SC case close by.

We note with extraordinary worry that the said roundabout indicates to send workers on Compulsory Leave without Pay, by the CMD, as suggested by the RD and territorial authorities. This is exceptionally discretionary and abstract and is an infringement of the Certified Standing Orders (Amended) of past Air India, as material to us," the lodge group individuals said.

Deferentially, we should likewise take note of that the roundabout and the board goal itself are unlawful as they abuse the CSO, 9A of the ID Act and in particular encroach on an issue that is being heard by the Hon Supreme Court of India, where we are a gathering. The bigger seat of the Apex court is hearing the matter of Service Conditions, Standing Orders and 9A, and this roundabout disregards that and gets outsider ideas of redundancies, just to skirt existing conservation laws," the letter said.

We think that its stunning that our Airline tries to subjectively conserve the very Corona Warriors who have been flying Vande Bharat Missions, at extraordinary hazard to themselves and many have contracted COVID," the affiliation said and has asked Air India CMD to keep the said roundabout in suppression and take part in productive exchange with the AICCA regarding this matter
